Lousy service. Hidden fees. No accountability for sub-contracts with second-party and third-party motor carriers. No visual view of my apartment contents prior to pickup. This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. I did not intentionally seek them out, I filled in my information online to get a quote for moving with PODS and somehow Coastal Moving Services got my info and called me and represented themselves as if they were PODS. Initially ****** ******* gave me a quote of $1,840 and said we have a new thing that the driver helps you load the **** I said I would think about it and then started receiving multiple calls and texts encouraging me to accept their quote. We are filing charges against this company. Our attorneys will take it to small claims court first, but based on the reviews, there may be enough plaintiffs for a class action lawsuit. This appears to be a complete scam operation, and the evidence gathered during discovery will demonstrate that.

My elderly stepmom hired this shady company and signed their outrageous contract without understanding that she signed the box they highlighted to sign to NOT cover anything lost, broken or stolen.
