I would like to give less than 1 star if possible. This is a bait and switch company the actual charges were 4k more than what I was told. i was unable to bring. They left packed boxes. On mover yelled in my face and I found another going through my personal tool bag that was set aside. They also stole jewlery and In trying to contact the company and get money back I was told I would regret it. Based on the estimate and moving agreement provided by Coastal Moving Services, my scheduled move never happened. No call/No show 3 days in a row. DAY `: Packing services were scheduled. My experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing from start to finish.The movers arrived late for both pickup and delivery, which created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother and I were mislead every step of the way. The agreed upon price changed drastically at the time of pick up. Also - they hired a different company to move my stuff, and while they promised to arrive within days of me on a recorded line - now they are saying 2-3 weeks before anyone can get my things to me. This is beyond ridiculous - my mom had medication she packed because they guaranteed to be moved within days of our arrival.
