This company will scam the s*** out of you. They gave us an estimate based on our stuff of 400 cubic feet. The day that they picked it up, they changed their estimate to 750 cubic feet and upped our price by several thousand dollars. Neither of the guys who picked up our stuff spoke fluent English, so it made it difficult to fact-check. At delivery, I had to meet them with a 15 U-Haul because they couldn't get their truck onto my street. A 15' U-Haul is 764 cubic feet, top to bottom, front to back. Overall the move went smooth, disassembling and reassembling.However, they are a broker. Heres how it works.They give you a quote and require 50% upfront.They subcontract out the move and the subcontractor (who you pay directly) gets the balance of the quote and revenue. (again. Paid to them, not coastal)The original quote is undersized, so the contractor has to bill you for the extra. Literally didn't even listen to my measurements, refused to load up the items on my list without charging me an extra $4000.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENT AND DISHONEST This is one of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. They advertise themselves as a moving company, but in reality, they are only a broker. I would not recommend and if I could give 0 stars I would. Im convinced most of these reviews are fake but please check Reddit for reviews from customers who have had terrible experiences. Lots of items damaged and they had promised a delivery and I contacted customer service and I never received an answer if my stuff was arriving the day it was promised(interstate move) or where it was even located. From the very first interaction, everything that **** ***** said during the sales process was a bold-faced LIE. We were told all our belongings would be insured, and instead on pick up day, we were forced to sign a document saying the company was not liable for anything that breaks and if we wanted to add insurance, it would be an extra $6,000. Called to get a free quote as advertised. ****** ******** provided me my quote and I told him I was going to compare a few different quotes and would call him back if and when I wanted to move forward. He proceeded to call me 10+ times over the next couple days. Finally I answered and told him I would be going with a different company. He rudely told me to beware of low quotes and then hung up on me mid sentence.

I am writing to state the issues I have had in moving. It looks like the movers threw my TV in the air and it broke the front off, haven't had time to go through everything to see what else has been broken. The sales person changed my sofa to a sofa recliner (which turned into a chair) which changed the price of my move, so I had to throw away my couch to afford the move.
