Last month my dogs got into my daughter's purse and chewed up a pill bottle containing 90 pills. Dogs were rushed to the vet (not sure who ate the pills) and stomachs pumped with some charcoal containing substance...one dog had horrible diarrhea (or threw up, I was gone) and a tarry black substance remained after cleaning... point of story is today, a month later, COIT came out and got rid of the horrible stains. I WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF POSSIBLE ! I had Coit clean my tile floor and master bedroom shower. They did an excellent job on the tile floor but my wife and I were not happy with the way the shower came out. Coit sent a customer survey and so I gave them a bad review about the shower. Within 30 minutes of sending in the survey in received a call from the tile manager asking me if he could come out to my house to look at my shower. The man that showed up was professional and nice. I however wasn't impressed by the quality of carpet cleaning. I did a better job with a rug doctor. There was a large possible ink stain in one bedroom that he said he couldn't get out. I believe he couldn't. However some resolve and a rag and it came right up. Don't know what kind of pre treatment they use but it obviously isn't very effective. I also specifically told him and the persons I called I specifically need pet stain treatment. Super happy with our duct cleaning by Horacio! He was thorough and cleaned up after himself, I'm so glad I got this done as we were having horrible allergies when we'd turn on the heating and air. He sealed off the vents as well! Knowledgeable and well versed. Our vents were DISGUSTING and she showed me how much he got from them. Thank goodness we have them all cleaned up now! Thanks Coit!

Outstanding cleaning specialist and customer service. Russell was on time and his shampoo equipment was in great working order and had everything to protect my furniture. He also had Equipment to dry the rug as much as possible before he left. A true profesional and gave us advice as to how to keep carpet clean. Great job Russell! We will Definately call Coit again.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Coit. Joseph and Andy came out to clean the air ducts. They were very professional, friendly and on time. They did an awesome job and I will definitely have Coit do this service again

As good as it gets! We are thrilled with the carpet cleaning services of COIT. Fast and thorough and friendly. (and reasonably priced!) What's not to like?! (Kudus to Coit's Michael Garwood, who has cleaned our carpets twice now.)

I had my some maintenance done from Coit. They did a very good job with cleaning the HVAC. I also had a disinfectant ran through all the vents. Overall everything was easy and smooth. They two guys that came to the house were very through with the cleaning and they showed up when as advertised.
