I am very pleased with the service I got from Coit. Joseph and Andy came out to clean the air ducts. They were very professional, friendly and on time. They did an awesome job and I will definitely have Coit do this service again

As good as it gets! We are thrilled with the carpet cleaning services of COIT. Fast and thorough and friendly. (and reasonably priced!) What's not to like?! (Kudus to Coit's Michael Garwood, who has cleaned our carpets twice now.)

I had my some maintenance done from Coit. They did a very good job with cleaning the HVAC. I also had a disinfectant ran through all the vents. Overall everything was easy and smooth. They two guys that came to the house were very through with the cleaning and they showed up when as advertised.

They did an awesome job today cleaning my carpets and I'm very pleased with the gentlemen that came a cleaned the carpets. Ben was excellent and I would refer this company to all my friends and family.

First, I have had Coit clean carpets before and been satisfied with their services. for that I would give them at least a 4, but today I had them come out to give me a quote on an 8×10 area rug which I told them about before coming out. Secondly, the consultant - James Gain - that came out to give the quote was very professional and courteous. He provided various options to choose from. COIT came today and did a great job on my carpets. They for the most part look new except for one stain they couldn't get out. That's okay, because it possibly will get covered up with something else. The gentleman cleaning was very professional, courteous & helpful. Thank you. And until we call again.

I have used Coit Services many times over the years. Each time the gentlemen who come to make the estimate, take and return any items, or clean in-home (couch, tile, etc. ) have been beyond courteous and polite, always on stated schedule, and totally trained on their job. I will continue to call Coit whenever I need something in my home cleaned professionally.

Last week I called needing a estimate for work I knew I wanted done. The gentleman on the phone listened to my needs and gave me a quote that surprisingly fit my budget, so I scheduled service for first thing this morning. This morning Brian showed up ready to clean my sectional and carpet in the livingroom, and although I didn't proceed with it today he was able to give me a reasonable quote for my tile that's good for 90 days. We have used them three times now. They always do a good job. They are thorough and don't rush through it. Also, they always send out such nice people.
