COIT came today and did a great job on my carpets. They for the most part look new except for one stain they couldn't get out. That's okay, because it possibly will get covered up with something else. The gentleman cleaning was very professional, courteous & helpful. Thank you. And until we call again.

I have used Coit Services many times over the years. Each time the gentlemen who come to make the estimate, take and return any items, or clean in-home (couch, tile, etc. ) have been beyond courteous and polite, always on stated schedule, and totally trained on their job. I will continue to call Coit whenever I need something in my home cleaned professionally.

Last week I called needing a estimate for work I knew I wanted done. The gentleman on the phone listened to my needs and gave me a quote that surprisingly fit my budget, so I scheduled service for first thing this morning. This morning Brian showed up ready to clean my sectional and carpet in the livingroom, and although I didn't proceed with it today he was able to give me a reasonable quote for my tile that's good for 90 days. First time I have used Coit and very impressed with the communication as to what time they will be at my home.The person (Joshua I think his name was) was very informative told me the process of cleaning the carpet. He was very professional and did a excellent job.Great value with the spring cleaning discount of 40%. Will definently use them again.

Do it yourselfers, we had never hired anyone to professionally clean our carpets or A/C vents before, but read so many rave reviews about Coits via www.nextdoor.com from our neighbors. Had my annual cleaning done two weeks ago. Once again sales person was polite and on time. This year we had a gentleman named Gabe. He was efficient and very professional. Carpet was dry in 4 hours! I
