Recently had carpets cleaned since we were moving out of our apartment. We were very impressed with the professionalism of our cleaning specialist, Josh. He did a very thorough job. He was personable, friendly, professional and put us at ease. He did an in-home estimate and cleaned our carpets right afterwards. We also appreciated that he called ahead to let us know he would be there within the hour. Coit also allows you to reserve carpet cleaning online. Overall we had a great experience with Coit.

We had a leather couch that had seen years of wear and a sick cat that had spoiled several of the cushions. We called Coit and CJ came out to help. He was extremely professional, inspected the stains and gave me his honest opinion. CJ did a FANTASTIC job. He was thorough, efficient and very helpful. I would most definately recommend Coit for your cleaning needs.

I contacted COIT after hearing about a 40% discount on cleaning services and had a reasonable quote given to me by the estimater. Then Josh Whitis #758 came to clean carpets and tile. He was professional and courteous. The tile was a particularly difficult job as it is unglazed, and the grout had a lot of ground in dirt that my cleaning had not been able to remove. The gentleman that came to our house was professional and friendly. He patiently made his way through phone calls to get the work (cleaning out our heat ducts) authorized by the landlord. Because I am home with my son, it also means a lot to me that someone who comes to my home has a kid-friendly demeanor, which he did. When he did the work, he was efficient and did a good job. I am not as good with names as I like, but I think it was Jeff who helped us out.

The crew came to clean the carpets and the HVAC ducts/vents in my home. They were very prompt and courteous. They did a wonderful job and I'd hire them again. They were even able to get the stains out of my light carpet left by my cat. My carpets still smell fresh and it has been a few weeks!

Thanks to Leslie and her crew, a truck came by yesterday at no charge to us and did a second cleaning of our dirty stairs. The dirt that had wicked up after the first cleaning was thoroughly removed. It took about 15 minutes to re-do the stairs and landing. We are very pleased to have clean stairs, and most appreciative of Coit's follow up.

COIT called me a few monts later (just so happened to be when i was moving out of my apartment) and offered me 45%, i figured i would give them another try. They were actually on time this time! what a pleasant surprise! The price was right for the carpets, $150 for the couch cleaning was a little silly i thought since the full apartment was only $120 to clean the floors. I was happy with the result so i felt compelled to update my review. Thanks guys you're A-OK

Brian Mastro #732 was out today and cleaned our HVAC ducts/vents. Brian was very professional and efficient. Our 4 dogs and 1 cat did not phase him! Our experience with Coit was off to a good stratre with Doug when he provided our estimate for the various cleaning services we are having done today. Brian did not let Coit down when he showed up.
