We purchased a home through Rick earlier in the year and had a great experience, so we went to Rick when it was time to sell our other property. Rick spent time with us going over what we should do to prepare the house for sale, and establishing the listing price. We followed Rick's advice, and we had a buyer the first weekend the house was listed. Rick did a great job, as did Julie Rogers. I will call on Rick for all of my real-estate needs whether buying or selling.
