Was great helping with pricing and negotiating. Knew a lot about changes in market in our neighborhood, which helped a lot. Mostly a very positive experience. Got the house sold quickly and for an amount we could live with. Do not like Ticor title co. And was annoyed Rick always took their part. Ticor had horrible communication with us, said one thing ..did another.."Oh, didn't I tell you?" .."oh, it must have been someone else." One time forgot we were in the waiting area. So yes to Rick but no to Ticor.

Chun did a fantastic job with all of our real estate needs! I referred my Grandma to him if that says anything. I will definitely use his services in the future and gladly recommend him to family and friends.

More than 10 years ago, Truong helped us selling our old house which more than 2 people in the estate field couldn't do it. Then he found a new home for us with the affordable and reasonable price just in a few months. Our old house in the pretty bad neighborhood and the house is old. That's why we tried with 2 agents but they failed so by a chance we found Chun Truong and he did a very good job just in a few months. I lived in eastern Oregon and was looking to buy a place in Salem and despite the distance was easily able to converse with Chun and he got things handled. Very nice person to work with.

It has been two years since we bought our home with the help of Chun. Although we have not reached out to him since we bought our house, it is our hope that this review finds him well and helps him to realize how much it was a pleasure to work with him. He helped us through some trying times with the seller and seller's agent. His professionalism and determination made us happy new homeowners.

Jake helped us buy our home in Oregon 5 years ago. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, so when it came time to sell our home, it was a no-brainer to list with Jake. He has been incredible every step of the way. Our home sold the first week on the market for over list price. I would recommend Jake to all I know. Chun is a very kindness, valuable, and quality person to work with. I was having a very hard time with my old house because only had a limited time to sell, otherwise, it was going to be in foreclosure; Chun helped us to sell that house within on time with original price, and saved me form losing my house without any profit. It was blessing from God for me to have him being my agent to resolve my problem.
