Chun was very helpful when I sold my home several years ago and moved out of the area. I called him recently when I was moving back to Salem. I had specific criteria when searching for a new home and he quickly found three houses that matched. I purchased one of the homes he found and he worked with the builder's realtor to get it closed on time. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks Chun!

We just closed a house with Chun as our Agent. He was great. He was always very easy to get a hold of and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I would use Chun again and would recommend him to any one looking for a home.

We are relocating from the coast back to the valley. We weren't sure exactly where other than it needed to be between Portland to Corvallis. Their extensive knowledge of these areas was worth their weight in gold. They showed us areas we would never had thought to look, fleshing out specifics and specialties of each area, that might be of interest to retirees. I have known Brian and April McVay for a long time both personally and professionally. I would never trust anyone with my best interest in mind, follow through, and words into action as I do these 2 professional yet personable individuals. I would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to buy, sell, or both. In a competitive industry it's hard to know who to trust/which company to choose. Brian and April fantastic!! They have helped me with multiple properties over the years and have also represented many of my friends. Only wants what is best for the potential home buyers. Goes above and beyond anything I ever expected. Wouldn't trust anyone else when buying a home. If I ever decide to move I would call Chun without hesitation.
