Rick priced my house right for a quick sale. He also sold my lot first before my house so I had the funds available for the purchase of a new home. I was very pleased with all the hard work that he did for me and also the follow up after the sale to make sure that everything was satisfactory, for example: making sure that I received my free voucher for the moving van, any repairs that needed done like changing the door knobs and also making sure that I was happy with my new house.

Chun is very knowledgeable in real estate and great to work with. Chun helped us to sell our house in 2011and also with our purchase in 2013. I have known Rick since 2006 and he is a very professional and an honest man. He knows his stuff and if he doesn't know he gets the answer. He is also creative when it comes to difficult properties. I know first hand about difficult porperties and he came up with a solution that worked out for both parties.

I have worked with Rick on a couple of occasions. This is the first time as a widow trying to sell my home.
