My wife and I purchased our home through Julene and we were very happy with our experience. First educating us on home buying, and what to expect. He is a wonderful real estate agent with a great sense of humor. He has almost immediate responses to your questions which is amazing. You can trust his assessments. He has a great reputation among other realtors, financial institutions and title companies in addition to his clients.

Sam helped us set a realistic prices to get a quick sale. We were not interested in letting our house linger on the market for months without offers and he ensured that didn't happen. Sam was very responsive to questions and was excellent about returning emails and calls promptly. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Salem.

Jared has a way of making people feel important. Do you want to know how he does it? Jared just genuinely cares. He is a great friend who honestly wants to help. As an added bonus, Jared has a great sense of humor and is extremely funny. Jared was so patient with us as we looked at many homes and was willing to do so on our timeframe since my husband was staying in Salem and I was still living in Bend. He negotiated making sure our best interests were well presented. I felt he was very honest and truthful and extremely personable, which helped the whole process. We would absolutely use him again in our house hunting process.

I met Jared in the very house that I am writing this review from. The very first house he showed me. It was perfect for my little family but I didn't realize it until later. Jared patiently showed me house after house after house and put up with my never ending questions. This was my first time attempting to purchase a home so I was clueless as to the process. After finally choosing the home that I wanted to put a bid on, Jared was awesome in navigating us through the process and now I own my own home. Thanks Jared!
