Chun was there to answer all the questions I had for him as a first time homebuyer. (No matter how ridiculous they were) Chun was patient with our selection and made the experience as painless as possible. He also referred us to a lender which took the guessing out of the whole transaction. Chun will be trusted for all of my home purchasing needs!

Chun has been my agent on three real estate transactions (so far), two purchases and one sale. I worked with Chun with the hopes that we could sell our home quickly -- although I set very high expectations and a short timeline, he delivered. He was also very helpful in helping me make a decision regarding offers that were presented and offered wise advice regarding accepting or rejecting offers along with reasons why.

I have worked with both April and Brian on several transactions and they have gone out of their way to make these very positive experiences. We had interested parties the minute our listing went up! They were very agressive with advertising, using the newspaper, internet, and social media. Chun was very helpful when I sold my home several years ago and moved out of the area. I called him recently when I was moving back to Salem. I had specific criteria when searching for a new home and he quickly found three houses that matched.
