I have known Rick since 2006 and he is a very professional and an honest man. He knows his stuff and if he doesn't know he gets the answer. He is also creative when it comes to difficult properties. I have worked with Rick on a couple of occasions. This is the first time as a widow trying to sell my home. Sam sold our house in less than 6 weeks. Sam was very honest with the value of our home. He found us a great lender that closed the purchase of our new house in about 30 days. He also negotiated a fantastic deal on the house we wanted to purchase. He was always very responsive to emails and phone calls.
