We are extremely pleased with the repair done to our vehicle. The service guy (Jordan) was top notch. He explained what he would be doing to repair the car and didn't try to take advantage of us by charging astronomical fees like another collision center wanted to charge us double!!! We were kept up to date with texts, which was really nice. And when we picked up the car it was definitely detailed because it didn't look as clean inside and out as when we left it. I had some paint chips on a door panel and stopped by to get an estimate. They touched them up for me in a matter of minutes and sent me on my way at no charge. You don't find customer service like this anymore. Outstanding experience!

My car had a gas cover damaged that needed to be replaced and repainted. The folks at collision center of Peoria were very friendly and immediately responded. Matthew, my service representative, was able to ascertain the information for my car for the correct paint. Color and advised he will be back to me within a few hours with an estimated time for completion. A few hours later he called and advised it would be ready Monday and would match exactly. My car had relatively minor damage, but they did the repairs very well. Good body work and excellent paint job on the damaged area perfectly blended. Very friendly staff, and when the job took a couple days long than expected, they managed to get a loaner car for me since the insurance would not provide a rental. Especially with the skilled labor shortage, they did a good job.

The young ladies in the front were so helpful and attentive to my needs. Angelina was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was nervous coming in but the great customer service made it easier.
Had a wonderful experience with Collision Center of Peoria! The front office ladies are top notch and super friendly. Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend to anyone needing service. I was kept in constant communication about my vehicle. Very quiet in the waiting room though, wish the TV worked! Overall amazing experience

Couldn't be more happy with this place. The GM Bobby was attentive and time efficient with our vehicle. The quality of the work was great and troy the body shop manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to come back and would happily refer others.
