My car had relatively minor damage, but they did the repairs very well. Good body work and excellent paint job on the damaged area perfectly blended. Very friendly staff, and when the job took a couple days long than expected, they managed to get a loaner car for me since the insurance would not provide a rental. Especially with the skilled labor shortage, they did a good job.

The young ladies in the front were so helpful and attentive to my needs. Angelina was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was nervous coming in but the great customer service made it easier.
Had a wonderful experience with Collision Center of Peoria! The front office ladies are top notch and super friendly. Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend to anyone needing service. I was kept in constant communication about my vehicle. Very quiet in the waiting room though, wish the TV worked! Overall amazing experience

Couldn't be more happy with this place. The GM Bobby was attentive and time efficient with our vehicle. The quality of the work was great and troy the body shop manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to come back and would happily refer others.
After a mishap with a post, CCoP fixed my car in September 2021. They did a fantastic job. So when the front wheel well cover in my Chevy Equinox came loose, I went back to them. Not only did they help me quickly as a walk-in, they replaced the 2 missing tabs without charging me! Highly recommend!
I was in a car accident in January and had my vehicle towed to the Collision Center of Peoria. It was a very stressful situation and I want to give a huge shout out to Lexie for being so amazing throughout the process! She went above and beyond and even reached out to my insurance company at one point to ask about when the claims adjuster would be arriving--something that I had also done with no significant time frame given. She called me every week to let me know the status, as well, which I really appreciated!
My car recently needed services at Collision Center of Peoria when I hit a metal scaffolding that punctured my gas tank on the 303 loop.. The hand off my vehical to Jordan at the Collision Center was seamless. Jordan was super helpful explaining the process and offered to take me accross the street to Enterprise where I had a Rental car awaiting.
