Your app won’t load
Fails in so many ways. At this point I have to try many times over multiple days to get an upload of the document to work. This is not a production level app.
Keep asking for receipts about service. Big hassle. Keeps logging me out. Unable to save passwords. Too many security questions!
Employer changed so closed my old account and removed old card from Apple Pay; now cannot add new card. When I called customer service, they say Apple Pay ‘is not fully set up’ so that’s why it doesn’t work🤨make it make sense
This app used to be fine, but seems to have issues working with iOS 16. You can add a document but when you submit it, the document disappears. Used to work just fine. Total garbage now. You have to go to the web version to add documents now. They better get this fixed soon. What a hassle to use my own money. Constantly being audited and asked for documents when it’s a recurring charge from my eye doctor that they have been paying since 2017.
The app seems pretty decent, but reimbursements take weeks when all previous similar apps just took days. It’s ridiculous and unethical to keep our money.
Why does this app want to access my pasteboard? Also, why does it stop playing my music when I open it? I think I might know why. I’m a developer. And this app prolly used branch io with its shady tracking. And then it doesn’t implement AVFoundation correctly and initializes it at launch instead of right when you need to take a photo. A photo which doesn’t require video or getting anything via a microphone. Or is it more nefarious than that? I’m not ripping this app apart to look. I’m just calling it out. It's nothing to write home about the UI is awful, you can tell it was coded by a team of consummate amateurs, and pray you never have to call in to customer service. I forgot what we were talking about, bottom line is the app works most of the time and that's all that matters, please do not ever change it, this is the best you will ever do, you are not good enough to improve this app, so just leave it alone and only do updates when you absolutely have to please, for the love of God please do not change this app. I'm sure you... read more
