I mean if this app really works, that will be great. But it clashes all the time when I need to either edit a claim, returns error when I upload a document, never refresh or show the line items after opening the app unless I click search. Also, some “in progress” items stay in that status for months, and if I don’t call and wait in line to talk to an agent (cost me at least an hour), they won’t review it! What’s the point???
App constantly says host unreachable or some other error when attempting to pay claims. No way to close claims or mark paid by other in app. Could use some improvements
The app is not opening. May be a glitch.
No way to make a contribution to your HSA from the app. Have to do it online, so tried that… didn’t work… ‘customer service’ was all but worthless. You can’t even make a contribution over the phone. Also, no obvious way on the app to see your year-to-date contributions. Really, it shouldn’t be this complicated. Look elsewhere if you’re considering this company!
You can’t upload and submit documents for those “Action required” transactions.
I have been using this app for a couple years now and have always had problems submitting receipts. It’s so frustrating.
App is way better to submit claims etc with. Online was a headache!
The ability to submit documentation no longer works through the app. Able to take pictures, however the app will not submit the documentation and the claim reverts back to incomplete, needs documentation. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app too. Please fix this issue!
The all currently silently crashes on startup.
