Update disabled functionality Just updated from MyCYC to Optum. It made me re-register and said account setup was successful but now won’t let me login. The app just crashes!!
Poorly managed company App malfunction. Company does not stand behind the app. and correct their errors. I suggest you Use desktop computer and fax machine to communicate with this company as they are crooks and will pretend you did not submit claims on the app, then not disperse the funds your company gave them to hold for you. It is truly a shame.
Can’t log in I’ve had this app for few years and now all of a sudden since this update I can no longer use the app. I called and they said to reset phone, reset app, clear the cache. I did all that. Still won’t work…. Any help would be helpful.
No reason to stop audio There is literally no reason for this app stop background audio when it’s first launched. Fix this!
Update Makes This App Completely Unusable Can’t log in anymore. No way to sign in manually. The app stops any and all access to information under the assumption my sign-in is a malicious attack and doesn’t even allow me to provide proof that it is indeed myself that is trying to log in. Older app was better. It actually functioned as an app. This new one does nothing of the sort.
The Face ID never worked However hard you try, it never worked
New version is total crap Can not enable Face ID Can not login because they changed to new accounts requiring registration (without letting you know) UI is like 90s old. Total crap.
Update Failure Latest version update will not allow login.
Reimbursement requests The app is so East to navigate.
