Crap App Tried to submit feedback in app. Valid email required yet it won’t allow you to type any symbols so you can’t enter an email. No way to update personal information in app. No way to view or update beneficiary. CYC doesn’t have an auto invest feature when your balance reaches specific levels. How are they still in business managing an HSA. These features are table stakes.
Not ready for prime time App does not process the upload of documents correctly. Uploaded a claim with a document to then find out (when checking again) that the claim was flagged as incomplete due to missing documents. I uploaded again, it shows the doc accordingly. When I exit and reenter the claim the document is gone and the claim shows incomplete again. Used to work well Phone app continually crashes when you attempt to upload receipt copies. Works fine on iPad. Has been a problem for over a year now and no fix in sight.

Keeps crashing/going into the background Not sure what’s going by the app keeps vanishing into the background when opening it. I have tried reinstalling; resetting phone and nothing works.. this is frustrating as it used to work very well before.

Claim process review I would like to recommend to add a feature that if there’s an error in a claim that is found after submitting. That could be cancel after a few hours of being submitted. Thanks
