Worthless app Can’t see current year funding on the app, only previous years sorted oldest to newest. Customer service reps can’t help with the app, only know how to troubleshoot the website. But if I have to use a website, why bother building an app? It’s completely worthless, just like customer service!

Nonfunctional So very frustrating. When trying to “Pay Provider” every time I get to the point where I must specify who the service was for the app shuts down. I’ve tried many times using two different devices, same failure. If the provider isn’t already in there, the app will not let you add a new provider.
