Can't disable automatic investments! No matter what I do - pause automatic investments, or raise the minimum amount to keep in cash - it keeps reinvesting my money, so I can't effectively sell the shares and reimburse myself. Maybe if I time it just perfectly - sell the investments on Wednesday, by Friday the funds wouldn't be settled yet, so on Saturday I hopefully can reimburse my bill, but so far I keep selling, and it keeps buying two days later before I can reimburse, and it's also been a bad market timing for me - I so... read more
Does not let you upload documents For some reason the last couple of months the app will not you upload documents. It uploads then when you exit they go away. Called customer service and no help. Deleted app and updated still does not work.
Horrible They are taking so long to pay my claim that it’s going to collections. It was approved 10 days ago. They also don’t let you know they need more information unless you check your claim on the app constantly.

the worst app ever As long as you want to add the pic, the app crashes and you need start over again. i had to switch to laptop to get my reimbursement

Sign up process When I enter my info, the app shuts down. Tried on the website: entered my info. Nothing happens. What is going on?
Lately it doesn’t work! I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to complete all of the required info and then when you add the picture of the receipt, it just exits off. The app was great initially and then within the last 3 months, it’s done this. I called customer service, completed all of my iPhone updates, turned off the phone etc and it still does this at the very end of my claim. I can complete it on the computer, but what’s the point of the app then?!
