Truly horrible The sign up is clunky at best, nearly impossible to navigate with lastpass. I was unable to log in even after signing up, and trying to reset my password multiple times. I tried to email support to report the bug, but you can only send feedback after setting your email preference, which you can only do after logging in, which I can't do. Truly a horrible experience and a waste of a half hour of my time.
Broken app If you go the “I don’t have my payment card” option, the app crashes every single time when I submit my information. I have an HSA account number, why do I have to a payment card to use the app? Very bad design.
Reimburse myself Once I learned how to upload photos of my health care bills & receipts of payment it was quick & easy. I hope I get reimbursed by March 31st ( the deadline) for last years bills.
Update ASAP You need to do another update ASAP. The app crashes every time I try and input who the service is for under the reimbursement part of the app. It only started happening after the last update. Try again. This always happens with new updates and you have to do it again.
Refund Quick response and refund
App works fine, but customer service is lacking I don’t appreciate submitting a reimbursement request the day I receive an email that my card won’t work to pay my parking ticket (meaning I will either have to pay out of pocket for my parking ticket or submit a reimbursement request) just to have a warning pop up right after I hit submit threatening me that I better not be lying or fraudulently submitting reimbursement. Very User Friendly I have dealt with other flex payments plans before that were so hard to deal with. This is so simple. Just pay through the app and be done with it.
