Please Do Something! Can’t open the App at all after the recent update!!
App Fail Every single time I try to use the dependent care reimbursement I put in all the detail then the app closes (crashes) when I press to select a dependent who the care is for, on the second screen. Every time! So frustrating! I don’t know how to work around this. Fix!!!
Customer HSA This app does not show the deposit in the total amount quick enough. It will show my deposits on a Monday and than adds it to the total amount available on a Wednesday. Now it showed the deposit and still didn’t add it to the total amount yet and it’s Sunday now. I need to see the deposit Added to the available amount the same day.. This app needs to be quicker with it’s updated . Yes if that is fixed and shows the deposits and added to the total available amount the same day I would give this app a 4 or 5 star.
Needs a new update The app is amazing when you can upload documents without the constant incomplete error message, causing delay with processing of claims. Has been an issue since November. Please fix this issue
Bug in Reimburse Myself screen I put in a date of service and all other details on the first screen, but it pops up “Please select a date of service”
Documentation No matter how many times I send photo proof I keep getting items in the mail needing more proof. I’m not sure how much more proof I can give then the actual receipt. I don’t have time to look for these items every month
Background noise? This app triggers background audio, you can’t hear it but it’s easy to verify. Simply play some music and then open this app and you’ll notice it immediately turns off. This is a technique some developers use to force their app to run in the background even when it should not. This is terrible and nefarious! Connect Your Care needs to fix this right away! Apple, if you’re reading this, this is in clear violation of your App Store guidelines!!!
Very bad. Connect your care is definitely not a good HSA choice. If you have used services with a good finance provider of any type, this will irk you a lot. We had a recent employer rollover and they missed the promised deadline by nearly a week. Then their app and website was not working properly. If you need help you can call into a maze of automated computer voices. It is very difficult to speak with a human. When you want to reimburse your money, it is not easy. Buggy I have the latest version and when I try to submit a claim, the app crashes EVERY TIME I try to specify the dependent whom the claim is being filed for.
