Just use your web browser instead As other commenters have said, you are unable to submit feedback within the app due to a bug with the email field. In addition, you can’t change the date of service from the current date when submitting a claim, meaning that the claim will likely be rejected. The app is useless without this feature, so better not to use it at all.
Only one error Not a bad app, but closed after I tried to attach an image from a file folder on iOS.
Does what it should Can view transactions and can submit reimbursement with a photo of receipt when I forgot to use my card. Reimbursement processed within 72 hours. Honestly don’t care about much else!
Connect your care customer with current employer Employee I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude about setting up connect your care—saying “I was termed” when she has no idea what she is talking about because I am just now setting up this connect your care HRA and that’s probably why I am not in the system not because I don’t work at my current job anymore. Need better customer service or at least people that are not so vile.
Criminals This app doesn’t give you the option to opt in for e statements and this bank makes itself rich by charging its end users $1 a month from money that’s supposed to go towards their healthcare.
Sign up birthdate entry insanely bad I get a mostly blank screen with a date in it. Somehow you’re supposed to know to click on the date to edit it and then it expect me to go back one month at a time for 65 years to get to my birthdate. That is insane I don’t see how anyone could think that that is acceptable.
Does not work anymore Latest update only sends money to providers it won’t allow you to pay yourself back. The feature to pay yourself is broken, So basically the app is useless. Good luck trying to connect to the customer service line, they are friendly, but never solve the problem.
Horrible Every time I need to log into this app it always says my PW is incorrect even after I write it down screen shot, put it in note ect.... This app makes my heart rate increase. I will go through the steps of resetting the PW. I will enter different NEW PW and it’s never within PW policy! It’s like am trying to log into Forth Knox. It is HORRIBLE I have made the decision to DELETE THIS APP!
Lots of fees after you leave employer Terrible experience in the spirit of the HSA tax code. Just want to make money off wasteful 'service-fees' totally against the spirit of tax savings. Be aware that you will be charged a $5.50 fee per month your account is open after you leave your employer. Transfer any money you have to a new HSA. Even in ann investment account. You wont see the fees until you create a transaction to transfer funds and then there will be many line items for monthly fee that will add up to erode your HSA... read more
