Unusable Cannot delete claims, cannot submit claims, cannot update claims, confirm button does not work. I’m unable to do anything the app purportedly allows me to do.
Buggy/App Crashes I have the most up to date mycyc app on my iPhone 11. The app constantly crashes on various screens and is quite buggy. When I use the app for reimbursements, the date feature and selection is a bit broken on screen and on top of that whenever I go to upload a photo, the app crashes. It's a pretty frustrating experience, hope they have the product and eng team looking into these issues.

App not functioning The application does not work on IPhone XR . Unable to select my birth date it defaults to a particular date and I am not able to select any other date in the drop down
Rudimentary at best The good, it allows you to see your balance and transactions at a glance. That’s it. The app has serious shortcomings, specifically the inability to mark a claim as paid (the only options are pay provider or reimburse yourself), which exists in the website version. Also the transaction summary view for some reason shows balance as $0, even though the home view shows the correct balance. And there is no link to go manage your investment options. Horrible They changed how documents are added and now it keeps closing when you try to add them. I even checked for updates. Horrible
Crashes not usable The app crashes when it’s opened. Not usable. Support non existent !
My CYC App User The app lets me submit receipts when I use the account card, or want to reimburse myself for payments made w a different method, or send a check to a doctor using the medical savings account. It has saved me a lot of time.
