On line claims Super easy to submit child care claims on line!
Won’t open I have not been able to open the app since the most recent update. I have removed the app and reloaded it, I’ve done a full reboot of my phone. I don’t know what else to do. I even called customer support and was told basically it’s not their problem. EXTREMELY frustrated!!
Buggy and crashes This crashes anytime you are uploading claim documentation to an existing or new claim. Totally worthless. Please fix
Cannot accept PDF files. This app is a waste of time and memory. I will be removing from my phone. Requires you to submit photos of documents to get reimbursed. I don’t get physical EOBs so to use this I would have to print the file and take a photo. I cannot understand how an app in 2020 cannot process PDFs.
Crashes everytime when opening now The app no longer starts up after the latest update. The splash screen comes up then immediately crashes.
Another issue Another problem with this app is that if you pay a healthcare provider through the app you’ll never see the history that you’ve requested payment to be sent to tour provider. You just get an email that says it takes 72 hours and guess what? 72 hours later... nothing.
App won't open App used to be fine but I can no longer open the app on my iPhone X even after reinstalling it. Please fix it.
needs usability fixes 4.42.14 update Still not able to upload documents from mobile app. I do the upload and it says it’s successful, but then coming back to the claim it shows no documents attached. Then I go to the website on my desktop machine and also see no documents attached. If I do the upload from the desktop I immediately see it on the website and the mobile app. I called customer service to report this, they opened a ticket s as me closed it the next day with an email to say to check the app or website for the tick... read more
Terrible Service This service is a pain to use. I would not recommend using this at all. I have been waiting for a month to be reimbursed and just keep getting dragged along while the issue is “researched.” Save your time and frustration and just put money into a savings account to pay for medical bills. It will be a lot easier and less stressful.
