MyCYC This app could save your sanity because you can easily process claims as you go AND you do not spin your wheels getting the website to come up, nor do you have to worry about whether your fax was received. I just wish there was some hint on what a complete expense submission looked like so that we understood rejections—it seems that the provider bill cannot say “estimate” on it if it is to be accepted.
iPhone version 4.3.72 bug After you submit your bank details on the app, you don’t receive the direct deposit verification dialogue, and so your reimbursements continue to come by check
Crashes on Dependents I have installed this app twice on my iPhone and it continues to crash every time I try to add dependents to reimburse myself for daycare/preschool. It also crashes when I try clicking on my dependents from the list under my Account. Super frustrating. And when I tried submitting feedback within the app I was told I needed to set up an email account (my online CYC account IS my email address). Crashes App still crashes when selecting dependent. Would be a great app if it worked Update 4.35.4 was supposed to fix this issue. It FAILED
No iPad Version Overall the app is ok. It would be nice is either the app actually worked on my iPad or if there was even a separate app specially for the iPad.
FSA Reimbursements don’t work App won’t let me upload documents. Tried to use the help/feedback feature. That didn’t work either...
Works well I like it better than TASC or BPA. It will let you choose photos off your phone or take pic in app. It will also pay direct deposit when it reimburses you. It would not let a prescription from a compounding pharmacy come through.
App is unusable. Crashes every time I attempt to “Select who this service is for.” Makes the app unusable.
Problems with shut down This app did not work for at least 2 months. I messaged multiple times and never heard anything back. I tried it again and this time it is working. The app is great.....when it actually works.
