Crashes when choosing who the care recipient was Can’t submit a claim as it crashes all the time when choosing the care recipient.
Worse than one star Used to work but the company doesn’t keep up with os updates. Completely crashes with the iPhone and iPad. Unusable to make claims now. Have waited many weeks for an update and it still doesn’t work.
Buggy and crashes This app is buggy - it crashes when i try to add a photo for my claim and sometimes it doesn’t show my dependents.

Can’t register When trying to register through the app you can’t enter your birthdate.
Terrible - Hate that I have to use it This app has a terrible interface for viewing uploaded documents. It’s annoying. The recent update to fix the crashing as you select who the service is for DID NOT fix the problem. The end of the year is coming and I have over $700 of services I cannot upload to be reimbursed. Beyond frustrating. And their customer service is next to worst.
Great when not crashing I’ve been trying to pay a provider for the past 2 weeks. The app keeps crashing on “payment for” and when trying to update personal info. I ended up going to the doctors office to pay with the card. Once I was able to submit through the app. Not reliable. Reported the crash at least twice. No response and broken for about 2 weeks as noted above.
Apple Pay Please I would love Apple Pay integration, both via the wallet and for online payments. I don’t like carrying around my card if I don’t have to...
Blank screen I’ve been trying for the last hour to set up my account and guess where my age is located as the date of birth only shows you the number 31 and year down to 2004. You’re expected to slide until you guess where you’re touching the correct month, day and year for your birthday bc it’s completely white. Are you guys going to fix this issue or should I just delete the app since I can’t get into the new account without my birthday?
