After last upgrade When I open app on my phone it keeps closing itself. I keep trying to fill out a form to get reimbursed and it shuts down, or even if I try to click on anything else it does same thing.
Constant crashes This app crashes constantly. I am unable to submit for reimbursement on my dependent care FSA. Not sure how much longer I can deal with this. The app hasn’t worked in months
Please fix the app Couldn’t register because there was no way to put in correct bdae (white box with no visible dd mm yyyy - hearing the wheel spinning tho). App developers plz fix it ASAP...
Multiple claim document submissions The app worked for my glasses claim submitted the receipt, months later mind you. Worked fine. Now for my dental claim, the receipts do not show up, multiple times and app crashes as well. I got a letter today in the mail, explaining that they haven’t received documentation???? I’ve submitted it! Please fix this
Crashes This app is constantly crashing whenever you try and enter information
Account Creation on iPhone 11 Pro= BASURA I’m not sure how the app creators expect you to create an account using the iPhone 11 when the birthdate box is a large white opaque square. If you drag your finger you can hear the spinner, but you have absolutely no idea if you are on the right date. I was able to set up my acct on my MacBook, but I’m not expecting great things if something this basic at the beginning is already wrong.
It simply doesn’t work I cannot select a date to submit a claim, so for the most part it is completely useless. Also, why is there a selection for questions about my account when if I select it I cannot proceed. Adding additional documents doesn’t work Justin
Awful App The app CONSTANTLY crashes. I can not submit claims and when I try to give feedback through the app it won’t submit. Terrible app and very frustrating process in paying/getting reimbursed for medical bills.
