Just Doesn’t Work.... The app used to work great but for the last several months it freezes whenever I try to upload requires documents for dependent care claims. Overall, not worth the hassle any more and I just go to their website to file. Total waste of space on my phone so it’s now gone.

Issues There are still issues when going into dependent or personal information it closes the app on me
App needs to be updated to work with Dark Mode When using Dark Mode (under Appearances in iOS 13), this app is not really compatible. It caused selections like picking a date on the scrolling calendar to be non-visible, since the white text then displayed on a white background. It was impossible to see what dates were on the calendar, so I had to go back to my mobile device settings and switch back to Light Mode instead of Dark Mode. Hopefully the app developers will fix this in a future update.
Cannot enter date of birth I just downloaded and wanted to register. However, the first important thing date of birth cannot be entered. A pop up appeared for selection of date but cannot see anything on it except cancel & ok. Where is the month, date? Just a blank page. I am using iPhone 6s
I can’t even register! Trying to add my birth date and all I get is a white page I don’t even see the numbers. Can someone please look into this? Using an iPhone 7 Plus.
Crashes App is constantly crashing once it opens.
Problem with app Fix your app! I can’t even sign up cause it won’t let me put my birthday in, It shows up blank😒
