Crashes ALL THE TIME On the rare occasion this app works, it’s handy. But don’t get your hopes up as this app crashes again and again and again. Bugs and not user friendly App continues to crash when I try to choose my dependent. Also, no ability to save frequent service providers. App cannot handle night mode at all.

App crashes whenever I select dependent This app is garbage. When I try to get reimbursed it crashes whenever I select who the dependent is. It has crashed 5 times in a row. How do I get my money back now???
Quite buggy to be useful App is buggy. Provided should do better testing. The option to pay provider just does not work. Horrible experience, buggy. Doesn’t look like you people test the app. Problems: 1. The service date screen doesn’t show mon, day, year. So I can’t select the date for service. This happens on iPhone 7 but works ok on 8Plus 2. This app crashes constantly This app crashes on the dependent screen, it crashes when selecting a dependent name, it doesn’t let you upload documents, when selecting dates all of the dates are white. This makes it impossible to get reimbursements. Yet, ironically, this is still faster than trying to submit for a reimbursement online.
Very Unstable The app constantly crashes. Touch ID is difficult to set up and does not work often. Any major app update requires that you delete the app from your phone and then reinstall it. Submitting feedback in the app is ridiculous because you always get an error that an email address must be set up, whatever that means. Terrible app and frustrating to use.
