Shutting down Keeps booting me out when I’m trying to pay a provider or reimburse myself. After putting in the provider info hit next and as soon as I click on who it was for it shuts down
It keeps crashing The developers need to do a better job for an app that seriously manages employees’ FSA and HSA. It does not even allow me to go to the Personal Information settings while it crashes every time.
Creating an account issue When I go to the registration page to create an account the “Your birthdate” doesn’t populate correctly on the iPhone X. This issue prevents you from seeing the month and date field. You can see the year field but only after 2004 for some strange reason.
Worked great...not so much now The app is amazing, but lately not so much. When doing a claim, the date tool, where you select the month date and year does not work...how can I submit a claim if I cannot choose the date??? I’ve tried closing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling...nothing works. Please fix this ASAP!
Crashing My app is still crashing when selecting who the service is for, ever after update .... aghhhhh
Crashes and invisible dates in the dark mode Crashes quite often. The dates were not visible at all on the selections roulette.
Terrible This app needs a lot of work. Get constant errors when trying to upload pic files. Had to uninstall and reinstall because the app would crash anytime I clicked on the personal info or dependent tab. This is on iPhone had similar experiences on android device. Please fix how buggy your app is !!
Better then worse The developers definitely made some good improvements over the past few months... until the app completely stopped working. I tried last week to submit a claim for an office visit, and the app crashes every time I got to the step to attach a photo. I reset and power cycled my phone, but the problem persisted. Today, I tried again to submit a claim, this time for a Rx. The app didn’t crash this time when trying to attach a photo of the receipt; instead, it kept saying there was an error when trying to do so.... read more
Please fix your date picker!!!! I have to guess what option I am on based on the vibration and it is extremely annoying! I cannot create my account on this app because only certain days and years are visible - only the 31st is visible and only years after 2004 are visible so I have to guess for every entry.
