Constant Contact is great Pros: Messaging tools with a simple drag and drop editor. Good deliverability. Cons: Cost is a little high, but in line with the quality of the platform. Overall: For collecting survey feedback and similar, Contact Contact is a great tool.
Great Marketing and Surveying Tool Pros: I like that this program saves your campaigns from previous years and allows you to copy the campaign. This makes it a lot easier to send similar email blasts for our special events that we have year after year. Cons: I don't like that they charge you based off of the amount of contacts you have. Cons: The content options were limited, and I would prefer more features. Overall: I used it in my real estate business to get content to large groups to obtain higher sales volume.

Constant Contact Review Pros: I love how simple it is to use and how well it connects with websites, e-commerce platforms, Etsy, and other services. I've found it to be one of the easiest platforms for creating email campaigns, with more advanced reporting and analytics. Also, customer service is excellent. Cons: Sometimes the email is spammed or hasn't reached the recipient's default inbox. I think it's a little bit expensive.
