Easy to Use but could be better Pros I like the ability to create branded bulk messaging quickly and do all my editing right in the platform. Cons They changed the platform over the years and now you have less control. You used to be able to change the code right there in the email builder, even when using templates. Now you can't. Excellent tool for tracking effectiveness of your Marketing and Email campaigns We used it a lot when it first came out and was less expensive. After not using it for a while, we gave it another go and were pleased with the results. Pros Super easy to setup, schedule, add branding, images, and best of all see the response rates. Cons Sometimes it would format pictures oddly.
Be Creative with Constant Contact Pros The ease of use and ability to customize campaigns. Cons For what we use it for, I have no cons. I do know we are not utilizing this product to full potential.
Gets the job done It gets the job done for what I need to do. Pros Makes it easier for me to create email and social media marketing the same time. Cons Organizing the marketing content/campaigns categories or groups is not easy
Helpful for email marketing Pros Constant Contact is user friendly and allows us to generate email marketing campaigns to clients. Cons Constant Contact can be glitchy at times
Great entry email marketing Pros I liked the ease of use once a campaign was set up. Drag and drop template was easy to train clients to use. I liked the analytics of email campaigns and reporting. Cons It's come a long way, but the ease of set up used to be quite complicated. We had a lot of clients move to MailChimp, but after using in 2023/2024 I find it's done a lot of work on its set up and templates.
