Great Email Marketing Tool For Small Business Pros I like that it has robust features including automation, posting marketing campaigns on social media, and email marketing, integrates with alot of applications as well Cons the cost is a bit high and if you go over one contact into the next tier you get charged quite a bit, so you need to be careful about managing your database
Constant Contact has kept my company relevant Pros I like how easy it is to use and how you can copy an old email and edit to keep the same format and style and update the content. I like the contact management so you can have certain contacts in different groups depending on who you want to target for specific emails. Cons I can't find anything to write about what I like least.
Integrates with Wordpress, Okay Email Builder Pros It integrates with Wordpress relatively easily. Embedding sign up forms from Constant Contact on your website directly is also not super challenging. You can segment groups out of larger audiences if needed. Cons The email builder looks dated and doesn't give many layout options. Some customizations have to be done manually with knowledge of HTML.
Constant Contact is good for beginners Overall we are happy with the service and will continue to use it. Pros If you are first setting up a business and need a user friendly email marketing software, this is it! Cons It’s take a little bit to learn to lay out emails and send correctly but that’s a learning curve for any software

Good platform for basic emails Pros Great deliverability and creating an email template is very easy. Cons Email automation could be better as well as organization.
Not My Favorite Email Marketing Platform Pros The resend to non-openers check box is the only feature that is helpful when managing campaigns that is not readily available with competitors. Cons It is reliable with sending of emails, never had a problem with scheduling or undelivered mail.
Constant Contact helped me send emails to all my clients when I opened our MedSpa Great experience! It was a choice that I do not regret! Pros I was able to send emails to all my patients without much of a hasstle. Cons Having to add all my emails however I think there was an easier option to upload them and I chose to put them in one by one.
