Easy Email Marketing Platform We use Constant Contact to email our subscribers important information and to push our special offers. We also use it to send emails to our employees because the segmenting tools make it easy for us to send specific messages to specific teams to make sure they are getting the most relevant information. Great platform for reaching more people Pros Everything is great but I would love to add the ones I liked the most including: 1. A huge number of templates are available which makes my work very easy. 2. Marketing automation capability is just beyond the limits of appreciation. Cons There is nothing specific in my opinion but yeah new features are 200 percent welcomed
Contact Engagement We enjoy constant contact. Pros I love that you can utilize this software for building contacts as well as monthly contact engagement. It is one spot for contact engagement monthly. Cons I have not found something that I do not like.
LOVE Constant Contact Excellent. Pros Constant Contact is awesome - I loved building my colorful, customizable email newsletters inside their platform. I found it easy to use, their customer service top notch, and I even attended some really great trainings they put on. Cons The only thing at the time was that it didn't seem to be the right platform to use if I wanted to grow my company and email list significantly. I needed a lot of automation and, at the time, CC wasn't the best platform for that.
Easy to Use Pros I primarily use this for email campaigns. I have a database of 20K+ emails. It's easy to see how an email is performing, you can view early results, send test emails before sending them out, view popular link clicks, re-send to non-openers, copy a previous email without having to re-do the entire email, it's easy to build/design, and it offers a variety of templates. Cons Customer service isn't always the greatest. I would rate them at a 3 out of 5 in the customer service category.
Dated Interface and Limited Functionality Pros It meets the basic needs of email marketers but at a cost. Cons The interface in counterintuitive and it doesn't really offer a lot of the functionality that platforms like Mailchimp do
It's better than some Pros I liked that it was easy to upload my contacts and get started right away. Cons I found it not as intuitive as some of the other software that's similar.
