Great once you know the workarounds It’s extremely functional, you know the people you want to receive communication are the ones getting. As far as visuals, there is a bit left to be desired but it’s possible to work around the font constraints etc. Pros It was very easy to segment and target your audiences, which I didn’t fully appreciate until using different software that wasn’t. Cons I had to devise some pretty weird workarounds to get the emails to the place I wanted aesthetically.
Price is a deterrent Great customer service. Good product. Price too high. Pros Easy to learn and use. It was the first newsletter/email application I used. The newsletters were easy to design and I could save my designs for future use. Cons The monthly price eventually took me out of the Constant Contact game and their prices were not competitive. In order to cancel, I had to call them as this feature was not offered online.
With a little experience, Constant Contact can be a vital source of future leads! Constant Contact is a consistent platform It's rather expensive for what we use it for. I don't like that it doesn't recognize me as a user when I log on, it only recognizes our treasurer. The representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. Maintaining contacts is an ongoing project. Pros I inherited this platform when I took on this role 10 years ago. Constant Contact has helped keep up us touch with all customers. Constant contact have made my life so much easier when needing to get information to our customer base as a whole! Pros The software is easy to use and I can send out communication to all or some or our customers with ease and at a moments notice once templates were set up. Cons I sometimes have difficulty importing images and getting them to position as I like but this is my inexperience with the software.
I love this company I love constant Contact because they saved me a lot of money. To build my website was very cheap compare to other web side platforms. And what they have to offer is in house. Helpful software for businesses to customer outreach Overall, I've really enjoyed using Constant Contact. The contact management is straightforward and they have many avenues to add contacts. I also think the interface is attractive and well-organized so it makes teaching others about this software pretty easy too. Easy to use for non technical users Very easy and straightforward to use but still a lot of customization options. Pros It’s easy and fast to create emails. There are many options to customize elements within the email like buttons, graphics and links. It’s very quick to upload contacts to the contact page. It’s also very easy to edit them and remove. Cons I wish the fee structure wasn’t based on the amount of contacts in the system. It can be tedious to go through and remove lists to keep costs down.
