Working with Constant Contact Overall, I like the formats and the several different platforms Constant Contact provides. I can do an email, plan an event or do a survey. Pros I like most about this software is the integrating with my database. I don't have to type all my contacts. Cons I have to go threw each contact and remove the ones who have cancelled their membership with the Chamber, but didn't unsubscribed, and if someone unsubscribes they cannot be added back. Constant Contact Review Pros I like that you can view the email blast in a mobile-friendly way and also via the desktop. A lot of people open their emails on their phones so being able to utilize the mobile-friendly view helps a lot! Cons I wish the back end of the Constant Contact system was a little easier to navigate. It's very frustrating when some of the alignments are off.

Versatile, multi-featured, easy to use I've used Constant Contact for more than 10 years and found it very effective in our email marketing and registration needs. The interface is very intuitive and it's a short learning curve to be able to create a project. Great fo Email Marketing My overall experience with Constant Contact is a positive one. I've used it in previous jobs too. Pros How easy its made email marketing, collaborating, customizing the emails, and seeing results right away. Cons The program is good but to really get all the features you need to buy more expensive packages. That's normal, though. However, I wish A/B testing was part of the normal plan.
