Many Leads to Many Orders! Pros It allows us to stay in touch with our potential customers and existing customers on a regular basis. Sending out bulletins or promos via email blasts have proven to be quite effective. Cons Although Constant Contact is effective, it's also expensive. It was difficult getting approvals to add this to our marketing strategy. Now that we utilize Constant Contact, the positive sales results have helped justify us in keeping it.
Constant Contact is a program you are either going to love or hate. Instead of connecting with our clients, it was like shouting at them instead of interacting. Facebook was a lot better for us. One of the First Constant Contact is a good system for small businesses. The price is reasonable and functionality allows you to get up and running quickly. Pros The software is simple to use and comes with templates and easy upload capabilities for lists etc. There are good analytic tools as well to test efficacy. Cons There are more competitors now that ever that have more functionality than Constant Contact provides. It is a good basic system.

Constant Contack Great product! Love the ease of builing an email or newsletter. Pros Ease of use with donor software. I love that this software allows me to keep contacts in categories and choose who I want to send information to. Also, the report is very eye opening.
