A million dollars worth of talent and a crazy affordable price. They have been great to work with. The whole team (at least the ones I worked with) are really in to their work. You can hear a smile over the phone. Pros Employees seem really passionate about what they do. Everyone (at least it seems) is US based and really makes it easy to communicate. Well designed email platform I like the look of our email campaigns, the ease of use and the result tracking. Pros I like the ease of use and overall design style we can create with Constant Contact. It's easy to track results from our campaigns to see what is working and what needs work. Constant Contact - Great tool for keeping up with your lead database I've used this for managing my leads with my Non Profit Organization, and it kept all of my content in a organized manner. Great communication newsletter tool Pros Constant Contact lets me send out regular newsletter and address to each of my reader specifically with their individual names. I can simply apply pictures, video links, texts and customize the interface freely. I get to read how many percentage of people who have clicked my newsletter. Cons The template design can have more variety of choices.
Review of Constant Contact I would recommend this one as it is cost efficient to deliver quick messages and promotions. Pros It is a cost effective manner to deploy mass email campaigns. Quite straightforward to set them up and monitor key metrics. Cons I would say it is the limited ability to design better emails but I understand that as the coding is already set.
Great reporting system Overall, I think ConstantContact is a quality product that once I get use to the formatting will benefit our company. Pros Once I designed and sent out my email campaign I like all the features that I could use to tract the performance. It was nice to see how many people opened, read,and clicked on the links. Cons I had a hard time uploading my email list. It took quite awhile to reformat my list so the program could read it.
Keeping my team together Constant Contact has been useful for me as I often have to fill out and log work orders and request and I can use constant contact to receive work orders. The program does have a major flaw in the save glitch. Pros I love how I am able to connect with my team to fill out there work orders. Love the professionalism of this product! Love this product. Love the ability to chat and have IPhone support when necessary. Pros Easy to use, Fun to use calendar Customizable and lots of storage! Love the Social posting and the ability to upload photos. Cons Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
