Constant Contact I thought it is a useful software however I think there are better contact services out there for the price. Pros Constant Contact is a good software that allows you to keep tabs on your contacts pretty easily. It does have a good dashboard too. Cons I think this software is geared toward smaller businesses as it only allows up to 500 contacts and doesn't have an events calendar.
Great Way to Mass Communicate I greatly enjoy using Constant Contact and think it was and is a very positive experience. Pros I like the way you can compartmentalize a document or leave it as a one-piece document. The editing tools are user friendly and you can put out a sharp-looking, digital document. Cons Sometimes, the spacing of the document is different when it is actually sent than what you saw in the last saved copy.

Constant Contact makes emial blasts easy to do and manage Our experience has been great. Any issues we rarely encounter their customer service team quickly helped us solve. Our results have been fantastic with average open rates in the low 30% area. Unsubscribes are automatically deleted and we're notified if we inadvertently try to email them. Email campaign software Overall, the sofwtware is easy to use and implement and has been great with customer list segmentation. Pros Where Constant Contact shines above other offerings like MailChimp is there email subscription base. It will not automatically suspend your account due to a certain number of bounces. It's easy to upload contact lists, create segmented lists, send and schedule campaigns, and build slick emails and newsletters. Customer service is clearly a priority at Constant Contact.
