A great way to get information out there! Constant Contact is a great tool to have after tradeshows! Pros Being able to see who opens your emails is a great thing! I also love that Constant Contact allows us to resend an email if it was not opened in so many days. Cons I cannot think of anything that I do not like about this software. It is a great tool for marketing and follow ups.
The Easiest AutoEmail Software Pros Constant Contact is really easy to use and I used it for years, but I needed to switch to another software because I needed to do more complex things with my emails. Cons Constant Contact is pretty pricey, but so are other similar software options like Active Campaign.

Goodbye, Constant Contact It was a good starter software, but the connotations of the name alone should make you consider very carefully if this is the message you really want to be sent to your list. Get up and running easily Overall, I like their niche. They are not trying to be something they are not and they have made huge improvements over the years to the GUI Interface. Pros The ease of making a custom email was exactly what we were looking for. We send out a Holiday greeting each year (we buy 2 months worth of CC every year). Once we have made a solid contacts.csv file the rest is really drag and drop. Constant Contact is Expensive and Missing an Obvious Feature Constant contact is not the easiest email marketing software to use if you're new to email marketing. It's also one of the more expensive options out there. It does a good job with what it does but it could be more intuitive to use. Pros It has a lot of capabilities and helps you manage your marketing communication fairly well. Constant Contact Was Just OK I stopped using because I felt it was cost prohibitive. Pros The software did exactly what it was supposed to do, it just didn't bring anything special to the table for the price. Cons It was not user intuitive and the cost seemed high comparatively for the functionality.
Great once you know the workarounds It’s extremely functional, you know the people you want to receive communication are the ones getting. As far as visuals, there is a bit left to be desired but it’s possible to work around the font constraints etc. Pros It was very easy to segment and target your audiences, which I didn’t fully appreciate until using different software that wasn’t. Cons I had to devise some pretty weird workarounds to get the emails to the place I wanted aesthetically.
Price is a deterrent Great customer service. Good product. Price too high. Pros Easy to learn and use. It was the first newsletter/email application I used. The newsletters were easy to design and I could save my designs for future use. Cons The monthly price eventually took me out of the Constant Contact game and their prices were not competitive. In order to cancel, I had to call them as this feature was not offered online.
