Great Way to Stay In Touch With Our Clients! We use this to keep in touch with our clients about our hours and days off, as well as news at our company. Pros Constant Contact is so easy to use. There are templates for every holiday, event or happening that we need. There are also blank ones that we use as well. Customizing the templates is easy and they look great! Email Marketing and Integration Very easy to setup and deploy e-newsletters, and integrates very well with my customer's shopify store. It is set to automatically send abandoned shopping cart emails, and creates segmented lists based on shopping behaviour, which can be very useful. Review for Constant Contact Constant Contact has been a wonderful marketing tool and I have seen results. I love the ability to see who has opened my emails in real time, as I can immediately reach out to them while the contact is "hot". Pros Very user friendly, but the most important feature is their customer service. I always get a real person right away when I have a question or need support. Good for very big lists I used to use our CRM marketing tool and that was the worst and wasn't even mobile friendly. So, I am totally okay with exporting lists from there and uploading it into Constant Contact. Pros We have tens of thousands of contacts in our data base from sales to service people. Other places get very expensive, but this was worth the cost. Emails look nice on both desktop and mobile. I like how it helps size images into boxes and such. Constant contact Pros I like that you can see who read and opened the email. It also shows who unsubscribes. Cons The templates are poorly made and do not stand out. There are not many good features such as icons, figures, pictures and fonts. They do not provide stock templates for emails that stand out and it takes so long to make a unique one.
Drip marketing It's a necessary evil, we need it but boy it can be a total time suck. Pros I like that I am able to segment groups, fields, and click-thru fields to separate engagement on emails sent out to my network. Makes sharing details, updates, and sales forms quickly and efficient tracking of efforts. Cons The templates are super outdated or not industry-specific and uploading csv files can be hit or miss when presort fields come up which makes the actual email quite consuming. Awesome Email Marketing Tool! Overall, I loved Constant Contact. It made the job a little easier. Parents loved the beautiful newsletters. Pros I used this product for years at a previous job. It was awesome for creating newsletters. The templates were amazing! Cons I guess my only complaint was the restriction on the number of emails you could send. It has been a few years so this may have changed.
It does what it is supposed to do Overall it does what it is supposed to do. It allows you to create events and charge for them as well as send emails out to your attendees or members. Pros It is easy to copy an email campaign and create a new one. It has a nice scheduling feature so you can setup several emails in advance and have them magically show up.
