Great for Communication This has made our way of communicating so easy and efficient. Pros We use this to contact our customers - it allows us to create fun and interesting emails that can easily be sent out to all our contacts. Cons There is nothing that we do not love about this. It is easy to use, easy to customize, and makes sending communication a breeze.
A simple to use email management software Overall, I think Constant Contact is a decent software for any company looking to manage a list of emails and send out great looking html emails. Pros Setting up a campaign is very quick and simple. I also really like that the software has built in functionality to send out surveys and event invites. Cons My biggest con with Constant Contact is the usability of the text editor when working within the campaign. It's clunky and the source code editor glitches a lot.
Perfect Email Marketing Tool For Online Marketers Pros I am using the Constant Contact tool on my content writing website over a few months. The interface of this tool is very excellent, clean, and easy to use. It is helping me to send emails to my customers within just a few clicks—it is fully automated. Cons There no major negative things, but I think the design of the custom email template should increase. It would be immensely better if the team of this software includes more pre-designed email templates.
Great Email Marketing Tool This is pretty good for what you might need and only if you need specific functions that it doesn't have would you bother to look for a different one. Pros This is a great platform for Email marketing made especially for people who are or aren't email marketers. Anyone can use this to send bulk messages. Cons This isn't my favorite email marketing platform even though it is very good, I have a preference for a different platform.
Best Way To Reach Out To Our Clinets! Pros Setting up campaigns is very user friendly and customizable! The analytics is a great way to see how well we are doing with what information we decide to send to our clients! Cons Not much complaints at all. Only thing I could say is maybe a little more education on how to properly format our subject/email content to ensure emails don't go to spam. With that said, speaking with customer service helped us resolve any issues we encountered at first!
Outdated email design interface We were able to email our two lists of contacts. The functionality was there, but using it was always a pain. Pros I liked that it enabled me to send multiple emails at once to a large mailing list. I did appreciate how the software doesn't require a lot of checkboxes stating you have consent to use the list, and just trusts you. Works well for communication to a wide group of people. Overall works very well, once you get used to the program. Pros It works well when communicating to a wide group of people. Presents nicely and professionally. Easy to set up a template to use repeatedly. Cons Has some "quirks" with formatting documents from Word to the program. Also is not very easy to delete old items from images, etc.
Good System for Mass Mailings Overall experience with Constant Contact was a good one. The reach all depends on the user and their lists of contacts, if the list is small, this might not be the software for you. It is easy to use, and it allows for design files to be dropped in so you can create in a design program to give a sharper look.
