Automation that works I was able to easily send info out to our groups, and that has allowed for better communication flow. Pros It was a seamless tool to get the word out on the ways that you need to, to reach your user groups/customers. I've used this with non-profit organizations as well. Cons It has gotten better with some of the options for customizability. No real complaints here, a solid program.

Easy to Use Service We used a trial of Constant Contact to communicate our upcoming marketing campaigns for our nonprofit. Thankfully, our subscribers list was relatively minimal in the beginning, but I really appreciated the customer support team and their efforts to offer us the best package plan. MAkes Communication Fun Pros This application makes life for our Communication team, so so much easier!!! Cons The timing of updates is inconvenient at times. Its like in the middle of the day and that can be a problem when you have a deadline and they are updating their software.
Great User Friendly Email Software One of the best of its kind - I'd recommend over many other email platforms. Probably on the pricier end, but definitely worth it. Pros The customer service was really great and the product was, overall, very easy to use. The metrics that came with each of the campaigns was also great. Marketing Magic This has been helpful for us so far. Excited to see where it takes us. Pros We struggle with running a successful marketing campaign, especially via email. This software has made our task much easier. Cons There is nothing as of right now that I can say that we like the least about this software. We haven't used it that long though.
