Great product Pros I saw a commercial for Constant Contact so I gave it a try . It's a very easy software to use for email marketing. I think the best part is having a template to work with as well as social marketing to reach new people and business. Cons I think the makers of this product made it so it's user friendly, so I do not know of any cons.
Easy, cost effective way to create professional looking emails Before using Constant Contact we just used our gmail account to communicate with our customers. Constant Contact makes this SO MUCH EASIER. The emails we can create can do so much more than a simple gmail email. You can put in photos, videos, links, and easily customize the format and layout. Easy way to keep in touch with my customers Pros I love the ease of keeping in touch with my customers via email. I have doubled my return customer base because of the use of this product. Cons I wish there were more templates designed for my industry.
Great email newsletters Utilizing this for a monthly newsletter for a client. It is easy to use to design, and updates your opt-in and out contacts easily to keep you in compliance. Great for designing company emails Pros This software allows for a lot of creativity. If you are good with design and want to create your ads outside the program ( using photoshop ) you can easily import them into this program and give you email a custom look and not just a generic layout. Cons This is not the easiest to use software, it does take some learning, but I still highly recommend it due to it allowing more creativity when compared to other software
Great communication delivery Pros I love how user friendly it is. Especially to someone who had never heard of it, it was a breeze to create a newsletter. Cons I wish it looked more updated, from a design standpoint.
Perfect e-blast tool Pros Different levels of email users to choose from that best fit our business at the time. Cons Occasionally, it seemed to bet blocked by too many spam filters, but this was only on occasion.
Easy To Use and New Features Added Often This was a good decision for our company to use Constant Contact as it was easy to import email addresses and create emails. Pros They are constantly adding new features and making it easier to use. Cons Even with the discounts available for non-profits, it is expensive. I wish you could create emails journeys that would automatically follow up with people who didn't open the initial email.
Easy To Use Pros It was a simple product to setup and track email campaigns with Cons Importing contact lists took some time to figure out but it wasn't that bad
