Love this product but some flaws Overall, it's a been a good experience. We like it and will continue to use it Pros I love how it's very easy to use and it's a click and drop function. I helped get more features with our access because the survey feature is very important in our association. We use it after every event and also use them as online applications and forms for things. Cons The customer service - there isn't a direct line to someone who had been helping you and the chat feature isn't the best quality.
The easiest marketing tool to use and a necessary one Pros I love this program having used something similar at previous agency's, this one definitely stands out as much better. It is much quicker to understand the ins and outs, and the user interface is simple and clean. Cons No cons, some complain the price is a little high but I think that's worth it.
Good, Basic Program It is nice to have a basic email program that gets the job done. However, unless you have a graphic designer working on the emails, they will be limited, style-wise. Having click stats is invaluable, and is one of the best features. Pros I liked that it was easy to manage contacts and subscriptions, as well as time the email releases. Stay in Contact with Constant Contact! Overall I like Constant Contact. It's pretty easy to use and is pretty versatile. You can use their templates or create your own, you can schedule your campaigns to go out at opportune times, and you can have as little or as much info as you want tied to your contacts. Great software Great for sending out mass emails to my members and coaches. Pros It’s so earshot to use and get emails designed. Copy and pasting is simple for pictures and content is very professional looking Cons Not compatible with my current processing software. I have to manually input the names and contacts into the system.
Great emarketing tool for small business The experience was good. It allowed me to see what email campaigns were effective and how to improve those that didn't work. Pros I liked being able to quickly create professional looking email campaigns through the easy to use template wizard. Cons There is a learning curve to the software. But they do offer classes that can give anybody the tools to get started.

Great way to send mass emails - super easy to use Constant Contact is a really great way to send mass emails out that look professional and have great appeal. Send out to contact lists you input yourself or upload contact lists from Excel sheets! Their interface is intuitive and super easy to use.
