Even a non-techie can do great marketing emails I work for a non profit and we use constant contact to deliver news to our members as well as promote our events. Great software for contacting groups of people Used this software weekly to create a newsletter sent to over 900 users. It's easy to use and easy to learn new features of your own. It was always reliable and emails always were sent as scheduled. Highly recommend Pros How easy it is to create or even copy a newsletter format Cons Sometimes the editing buttons wouldn't do what you wanted them to do the first time you clicked it, liking making a selected bunch of text bold
Better options on the market Pros Very basic email platform that can be used by those without email background Cons It had limited capabilities and is basically good for those that are sending one off emails. You can't set up nurturing campaigns without it being somewhat manual. MailChimp was easier to use.
Great way to connect with customers Pros Constant Contact provides a great way for me to stay in contact with my customers. I really like to social media tie-in where I can easily scheduly posts to social media from my newsletters. Cons I have no negative thoughts about this software.
No longer using but prefer it to new system Pros Can make really beautifully designed emails. Pretty simple and to the point. Cons Some parts of the design aspect didn’t do what we wanted but it wasn’t too bad.

User Friendly Platform It's been beneficial in connecting our audience with the events we have coming up. Pros CC is easy to navigate and figure out what is available to you. The cross posting to facebook is great too. Cons No spell checker/link checker option to double check your work
A basic, functional email automation marketing tool that needs an update A decent tool. It was already selected when I started using the platform.
