Works Great Pros I like how easy it is to be a receiver of this information on the weekly. Very useful. Cons I at first thought this was to sell contact lenses. I don't care for the added graphics and info about CC.
Keeps us contacted! Great use of our time and well organized! We have been able to switch over our contacts and have a great tool that everyone in our organization can use! Pros We love the fact that it is so easy to use and organize our contacts. We have many different areas of contact and with Constant Contact we are able to keep them all updated and separate from each other. Cons To be honest there has not been any area of this software that we would say does not work for us. We are pleased with its ability!
Easy to use email marketing automation platform I've used this for many clients for their email marketing. It's easy to set up for them with their websites and my clients have an easy time figuring out how to use it. Pros It's easy to set up and integrate and connect to Wordpress sites. Easy to import contacts automatically and build email lists. Also it's free! Cons So far there is nothing that I don't like. Maybe it could provide more templates or give more suggestions on how to improve emails.
Mass Email Communication Streamlined Constant contact allowed for me to schedule communication well in advance and set up groups and activities with adequate communication and information as dates got closer. Pros This software provide an easy way to send out email blasts to the entire church and schedule them well in advance. Cons At times graphics and photos did not go through the way that they looked in the preview setting. This is frustrating.
An Industry Leader, Easy to get started Pros It's a well-known way to get customers into email marketing. It's an established brand, that is easy for people to adapt to. Cons The default templates and overall UI/UX could be improved, for users and administrators.
Less expensive options available Pros Easy to use, and they will hop on the phone with you if you have questions. Very customer service oriented. Cons It's pricey. I was trying this software out for a nonprofit in the startup phase, and our marketing budget is very small. I would have been very happy if the cost was about half as much, but after a little shopping around, I found that competing products were just as robust, and about 30% of the cost.
Easy-to-use Email Marketing Platform Pros I really like how easy it was to learn how to utilize Constant Contact. A lot of other platforms take a lot of work to figure out. Cons I haven't found anything that I dislike about this software yet.

Constant Contact Pros It is very easy to use ESP which provides so many useful features and beautiful email designs. The marketing lists are easy to build in this system. Also, CC is user-friendly for the beginners. Cons I wish it could have provided some advanced features like other ESPs in terms of seeing the code and change the design from that backend code.
