Constant Contact Gets Results We manage online marketing for many companies including their email campaigns. Constant Contact is consistent and provides solid reporting. Pros Easy to use, effective email marketing campaigns. Cons Has some difficulties with Safari, works seamlessly with Google Chrome.
Recital is a Breeze I have found that it has worked as a good COM tool for more that one of the industries/businesses that I have used it for. Pros This software was very helpful particularly around recital time for tracking ticket sales (family minimum) and payments. It also was great for the studio newsletters. Cons Working with this software was very seamless so I can't say I had any issues. It did what it intended to.
Easy to use but has limited design functions. Pros Constant Contact is intuitive and makes building professional-looking emails straightforward. It also facilitates event registrations and syncs well with our other platforms and accounts. I like the new "check for errors" function that verifies there are no broken links in the email. Pros We use constant contact to send out both our marketing materials and to update parents on the happenings at our school. I think Constant Contact is a great way to easily send professional looking e-mail blast to many people. Simple email marketing Pros I've used Constant Contact for close to 10 years, at a variety of different companies. It's always worked well for me. Cons On the occasions where I have had to chat with customer service, my experience wasn't always stellar.
Review of Constant Contact Our patients like getting attractive, concise newsletters from us, and CC helps us achieve that goal. Pros I like the ease of drag and drop to create attractive email marketing. Cons This may already exist, and I haven't found it yet, but a buffer of time with an "unsend" feature so if a mistake gets caught after the fact I can quickly "unsend" the message (yes, I know, I should do a better job proof-reading!).
Powerful Connections Pros Constant Contact is a great resource to use for reaching out to our people. It's easy to use and does what I need. I love the look of the communications we send and the templates make everything easy. Cons Nothing. It works great. I would like a few more keyboard shortcuts but it's a great service.
