Still among the leaders It's a great product and we do not have any intention of changing any time soon. Pros When it comes to email distribution campaigns, Constant Contact remains among the top that there is. It's easy to use and allows you make great email campaigns. Cons The only downside is, I would like to see a more extensive database of templates. There are a lot of companies emerging that have more visually appealing templates.
Has been a lifesaver! Overall, we really have enjoyed the ConstantContact app. As I mentioned earlier, it has proven invaluable to us on more than one occasion when getting vital information to the congregation was time sensitive. Pros I really love the fact that if we have a church announcement that just HAS to go out immediately, ConstantContact can get it out to our entire congregation within 3 minutes of my sending it. easy to use marketing software Pros constantcontact is very easy to pick up and use right out of the box, modulized so its easy to customize Cons emails don't look as nice as other softwares such as mailchimp
We love Constant Contact Overall, my team and I have had a wonderful overall experience with Constant Contact. Pros I love that we are able to keep an organized list of our patrons, as well as easy email creation to send to them. Cons There isn't much that I can think about that I dislike about this software. I do think they could have more set format creation for beginner users maybe.
I miss you Constant Contact I really liked working with Constant Contact. What a great tool to keep our 3000+ member base in the loop on everything from holiday hours to charitable giving awareness to increasing fee-based program participation. Also an excellent tool for seeing trends on how effective your content is. Pros This is great way to keep members aware of upcoming programs and events and I like the analytics. Cons I would've liked to figure out how to add our company font
Great way to boost your business We use constant contact to communicate and promote events going on in our office or community. We also use it to send a birthday greeting to patients. Pros There are many uses. We can send out email blasts, birthday wishes, or just let patients know of upcoming events, etc. Cons Adding and removing people can be a bit cumbersome. Merging names into other campaigns takes some practice also.
Better interface than some other platforms Great software. Despite some minor setbacks, it is still a great product. Pros I think the interface of this software is superior to that of some other platforms. I also think the sizing and design templates are stronger. Cons Scheduling content to be delivered at a later date is sometimes cumbersome. I also think the segmentation of email lists could be a simpler process.
Good solution for email Overall I would recommend but might go with another vendor depending on client needs. Pros Software is easy to use and I like the html/coding option so I can go in and manually edit code for more specific control. Switched to better software We used constant contact briefly for mass emails to our clients. Pros This product, constant contact allows you easily send emails, news letters, etc to all contacts on email list. Cons After using this product for several months, our fitness studio has since gone with another platform that is more reasonably priced and with better customer support.
