Good in theory, but it looks so old! Pros The ability to pull in data that we would be able to use for marketing purposes. Cons The whole user interface design looked like it was straight out of the early 90's - it was very basic and hard to follow.
Other Companies Offer Free Products I loved it when I was able to use it. Unfortunately, I am no longer with the company that used it often. And, again, if there were a free product for up to a certain amount of email addresses, I would use it and I would advise others to do so. Not the most beautiful emails, but gets the job done Pros I really like that you can create and track events in this software. The "email nonrespondents" feature is particularly helpful. Cons The graphics aren't as nice as in some other mass email software products

Great for Large Business Overall we have been pleased with Constant Contact. We still have a few clients that utilize the service based on our recommendations. Pros We have clients that run small to large businesses. We like to use Constant Contact for our larger clients. The service is easy to use, easy to understand and is easy to maintain. Cons We feel the price could be a little lower for the services offered.
Great Email Service We love that you can easily design your message and then send it to your target audience Pros This program allows you to easily add contacts and tag them in multiple groups. We also love that it allows you to send the email out to all contacts or just select groups. This allows us to easily direct our emails to those that need it. The program also allows you to design your email to customize the look. Cons Nothing we love constant contact, we have had no issues with this program.
