Constant contact Easy to learn and very quick to put together an email. Great at organizing large lists of contacts Pros It's very simply and easy to learn with straightforward directions. Cons It would be nice to have more flexibility in layouts and more ability to create different looks for emails.
Good contact management, terrible email editor Pros It is an easy and efficient way to collect email contact information for distribution lists. Cons The editor when creating emails for marketing campaigns has a horrible UI experience and makes me want to bang my head on the desk.
Good, Intuitive Email Marketing Tool Pros Constant Contact is easy to use whether you create your own html or use one of the templates. It makes email marketing super simple and straight forward without having to be an IT person. As a designer, I really appreciate just being able to get in there and create and not have to worry about having to understand the techy bits. Cons I can't think of anything I don't like about Constant Contact.
Constant Contact Review Pros The update last year made the emails much more aesthetically pleasing last year! I think Constant Contact looks better (visually) than most other email softwares. Cons Constant Contact is more difficult to use than other softwares and is also much more expensive. This is a huge downside.
A Lot to offer It is a great product especially for the price. It is very easy to setup and use. The contact organization is excellent and it offers many functions with contact management that you can't get from other providers such as MailChimp. Also the customer service is always top notch! Pros It is extremely easy to use. Training staff in this program has been so quick and easy, even with people who have never used software like this. Not my Favorite Email Software Pros It does what you would expect email software to do, also claims to have better delivaribility (cannot verify) Cons I kept receiving calls from the sales team trying to convince me to stay with them after the trial - frustrating experience. I also wasn't a huge fan of the email builder.
Great tools for drip marketing and more! Overall the drip marketing works well and is easy to edit, customize, and add to as needed. I have used it for over 4 years and love the quick easy templates and the ability to use folders for past emails. The search function is limited as we send a few hundred emails each year and it would be nice to search for the subject or contents of the email to copy old emails. Use CC at Spa with Mindbody It allows you to easily send emails, but not as precise or specific as we would like. Pros We like Constant Contact because it automatically uploads users from MB into your email list and keeps it up to date. We also like the ease of use and operating the software - it's very user friendly. The price point is also affordable for us because we are a small business.
