Constant Contact is easy to use and has top-notch customer service Overall Constant Contact is a great solution for small to medium size businesses. The analytics and reporting is well done and a great tool to review the success of the campaign. They are built-in survey options are well designed and thought through. OK service, not good customer service The customer service was rude and not helpful. Pros It is pretty easy to use, some nice features that other services don't offer. Cons As with all software like this there are not as many features as I would like - they are limited in their ability to customize to exactly what you want and can achieve with coding the email(s) yourself.
Send Professional E-mails Pros Having thousands or even hundreds of clients/customers to send emails to, it is a necessity to have an email marketing software. Constant Contact has a good number of templates for any type of email, with added seasonal and holiday ones. The drag and drop components are very easy to use and formatting is intuitive. Excellent tool for Email Marketing Pros The templates have a very nice design, and the user interface is very user friendly. The campaigns reports are very detailed and useful. Cons If the database has many members, the service can be expensive.
Constant Contact is Just OK Pros Constant Contact does well with aggregating contacts and email addresses. Cons I think I prefer MyEmma for marking software. Constant Contact has less possibilities to edit your templates and make your mailings look great for someone who has little design experience.
