Great for Keeping in Touch with Contacts Pros I love using Constant Contact to send out quick emails about events or newsletters. Cons Some times it is difficult to customize an email exactly the way I want it, but I would definitely recommend this software.
Constant Contact Pros Easy and intuitive. The design is more professional and less gimmicky than other mailing list competitors. Cons It really takes some time to learn how to make Constant Contact work and bypass the invisible bugs. Nothing's worse than your newsletter looking perfect in the preview, only to appear with screwed up formatting and weird fonts in the inbox once you've sent it to 5,000 subscribers.
Bloated & Old School Pros When it first came out, if set up correctly, it was okay. A bit clunky and expensive, but it did the job. Now it's behind the times and not user friendly. Cons The price. Too many other options out there for a lot less money.

I have the Constant Contact plugin on my site, so every time someone signs up, they get an automatic email from Constant Contact. Everything you need... Pros It is a great tool. We handle our our mass communication via ConstantContact. It has an array of customizable tools from email blasts to surveys and online RSVP. Constant Contact Pros The product is good, but the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Reps are friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve issues if they do need to be escalated. The templates are pretty user-friendly, and they make it easy to track trends. Beauty with EASE! I have always been able to get help easily if I ever needed by calling Constant Contact. However, I rarely ever needed to call since the sight is very user friendly. Pros The ease of use is the best thing about using Constant Contact. I can make everything I need or want with the built in templates and if I want to tweak it just a little or a lot I can do that too!
